Heidi Klum launches kids' product line

Model, fashion icon, reality TV host and mother of four Heidi Klum, has now become the latest celebrity to make the move into the world of baby and child products as well.

Klum announced she is launching a line of apparel and accessories for newborns until age 5 at Babies R' Us stores throughout North America. The line, Truly Scrumptious, will feature clothing, furniture, bedding, room decor and other baby and kids' gear.

"I know how important it is for moms to make smart purchases when it comes to shopping for their ever-growing children," Klum said. "My friends always joke that I'm the go-to person for advice on gifts and gear. Now, I get to bring my ideas to moms everywhere that offer function with a fashionable flair."

In addition to Klum, other celebrities who have ventured into the world of baby and kids' clothing and gear include Jessica Alba, Gwen Stefani, Tori Spelling and designer Diane von Furstenberg.

Parents who want to dress their little ones like a celebrity child or purchase gear celebs use for their own little ones can do so without spending a lot of money by shopping for used baby clothes, used kids clothing, used baby gear and other items at stores that specialize in gently used secondhand gear, such as Once Upon A Child.
